This YUMMY, LOW FAT, DAIRY FREE, SUGAR FREE, ANITI-OXIDANT LOADED, dessert was so quick and easy to make. It's perfect for a summer evening frozen sweet.
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup soy milk, or rice milk
- 1 cup frozen berries (this batch has a blend of blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries)
- peppermint leaves for garnish (optional)
That is it. It was totally sweet enough without adding any honey, sugar or agave. Thanks to the FROZEN BANANAS!
It is a little pricey, and a bit of a luxury, but worth it. Start saving your sheckeles or put it on your Christmas list.
